I wanted to say hello from one mom to another of trached kiddos. We have three kids with trachs and one on a vent too. We love the trachs and feel very comfortable with the trachs.. I gotta say it actually is easier with the trachs than our kids without them as we always have an airway. Would love to talk more.

This question comes up a lot at different practices I visit because many parents seem to find the idea of managing the trach at home intimidating.
